“My photography has a rather singular aim: it is an attempt to convey that sense of reverent wonder I feel. Along the way, perhaps to also help reveal how interconnected our living planet is, as a way to understand our place in it.

I am fortunate to have built up a diverse portfolio spanning the great wildernesses of our planet, from the arctic to the antarctic, and much in between.

I am humbled that my work has now been published by the likes of National Geographic and Vanity Fair, and have made their way onto prominent spaces in homes all across North America, Europe, and Asia.

The art of photography to me is as much about transferring a fragment of my own soul onto an image as it is about capturing that of my subjects’.  I view what I do as a work of love first, and a work of art second.

This is life on earth as I see it”.
